Reserve a half share of fresh, uncured pork with roasts and side pork ready for your own seasoning.

Choose a Half Pork – Roast & Side share for fresh, uncured cuts you can season, cure, or smoke yourself. The leg and belly are left uncured, giving you flexibility to create your own flavors.

Included Cuts (per half)

  • 3–4 lb roasts (shoulder roasts and hocks)

  • ½" pork chops, individually wrapped

  • Ribs cut into 2" strips

  • ~10–15 lbs ground pork

  • Organ meats (liver, kidney, heart) ground into patties

  • Soup bones (5 lb bags)

  • Kidney and back fat (5 lb bags)


Deposit & Final Cost

  • Deposit: $250 (applied to final total)

  • Estimated Final Cost: ~100 lbs @ $12/lb (~$1,200, minus deposit)


Pickup Details

  • Pork will be ready late October to January

  • Exact pickup date emailed two weeks prior

  • Pickup at Coen Farm • MEC Edmonton South • Pro Bass Shops (Calgary)

  • Remaining balance calculated at pickup based on final hanging weight.
