Choose a Half Pork – Roast & Side share for fresh, uncured cuts you can season, cure, or smoke yourself. The leg and belly are left uncured, giving you flexibility to create your own flavors.
3–4 lb roasts (shoulder roasts and hocks)
½" pork chops, individually wrapped
Ribs cut into 2" strips
~10–15 lbs ground pork
Organ meats (liver, kidney, heart) ground into patties
Soup bones (5 lb bags)
Kidney and back fat (5 lb bags)
Deposit: $250 (applied to final total)
Estimated Final Cost: ~100 lbs @ $12/lb (~$1,200, minus deposit)
Pork will be ready late October to January
Exact pickup date emailed two weeks prior
