Quarter Beef – Deposit

Secure your Quarter Beef share of humanely raised, 100% grass fed and finished beef. Each quarter provides approximately 90–100 lbs of beautifully cut and freezer-ready meat.

Included Cuts (per quarter of beef)

• ~15 lbs of 3–4 lb roasts (round roast, sirloin, cross rib)

• ~15 lbs of 3/4" steaks (T-Bone, Rib-eye, sirloin)

• ~15 lbs ground beef (1 lb packages)

• ~10 lbs of 2-3lb packs of Short ribs

• ~10 lbs Marrow Soup Bones (bagged)

• ~5lbs of Beef Shank Bones (Ossobuco)

• ~5 lbs of brisket

• ~5 lbs stew meat (1 lb packages)

• ~5 lbs Organ meats (liver, kidney, heart) ground into 1/4 lb patties

• ~5 lbs of Kidney Fat (Tallow) bagged and ready for rendering

Deposit & Final Cost

• Deposit: $250 (applied to final total)

• Estimated Final Cost: ~90–100 lbs @ $13.50/lb (~$1,215–$1,350, minus deposit)

• Final weight and balance determined at pickup.

Pickup Details

• Beef will be ready late October into the New Year

• Exact pickup date emailed two weeks prior

• Pickup at your choice of: Coen Farm, Camrose, Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary

• Remaining balance is paid after pickup after final weight is confirmed.

Ordering More Than a Quarter

If you’d like a Half or Whole Beef, simply increase the quantity of Quarter Beef shares in your cart during checkout (e.g., 2 = Half, 4 = Whole).
