Deborah is a fierce mama bear to one busy little boy who was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at just 2 years old. She was told there was very little that could be done, and they would have to learn to live with the condition. Deborah refused to give up.

She did what everyone told her she couldn’t do and used diet and natural approaches to recover her son.  She knows how excruciating it can be to watch our kids struggle with chronic illnesses and feel powerless to help them. Her quest is to arm parents with the inspiration, education and tools they need to stand up and make a real difference for their children.  Deborah is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and GAPS certified practitioner, through her podcasts, youtube videos and coaching programs Deborah is helping parents make the changes that will improve their children’s health. She is leading the charge for today’s children so they can be happy and healthy and reach their full potential.

In this video Deborah shares her insights on:

  • How to tell if opportunistic gut bacteria are driving your child's picky eating habits
  • Inflammation as a root cause of disease
  • Fibre as a friend or foe?
  • The difference between bone broth and meat stock and when to use both in the GAPS diet protocol
  • Indicators of auto immune disorders in your children
  • Can autism be cured with diet?
  • And so much more!
