Secure your Half Pork – Ham & Bacon share and enjoy rich, traditional flavor with leg cured & smoked and belly cured, smoked & sliced.
Your order includes approximately 100 lbs of pasture-raised pork, custom cut and freezer-ready.

Included Cuts (per half)

• ~15-20lbs bacon in 1lb packs

• ~15-20lbs of ham in 4-5lb cuts

• ~15-20lbs of ½" pork chops, wrapped 2 per pack

• ~10-15lbs of 3–4 lb roasts (shoulder roasts and hocks)

• ~5lbs of ribs cut into 2" strips

• ~8-10lbs ground pork

• ~5lbs of organ meats (liver, kidney, heart) ground into 1/4lb patties

• ~9-12lbs of Soup bones (6 lb bags)

• ~15-20lbs Kidney and back fat (5 lb bags for rendering)

• Estimated Final Cost: ~90-120 lbs per half @ $12/lb (~$1080 - $1,440)
