Your order includes approximately 100 lbs of pasture-raised pork, custom cut and freezer-ready.
3–4 lb roasts (shoulder roasts and hocks)
½" pork chops, individually wrapped
Ribs cut into 2" strips (ideal for BBQ or sweet & sour)
~10–15 lbs ground pork
Organ meats (liver, kidney, heart) ground into patties
Soup bones (5 lb bags)
Kidney and back fat (5 lb bags for rendering)
Deposit: $250 (applied to final total)
Estimated Final Cost: ~100 lbs @ $12/lb (~$1,200, minus deposit)
Pork will be ready late October to January
