Reserve a half share of pasture-raised pork, cured and smoked for classic ham and bacon flavor.

Secure your Half Pork – Ham & Bacon share and enjoy rich, traditional flavor with leg cured & smoked and belly cured, smoked & sliced.
Your order includes approximately 100 lbs of pasture-raised pork, custom cut and freezer-ready.

Included Cuts (per half)

  • 3–4 lb roasts (shoulder roasts and hocks)

  • ½" pork chops, individually wrapped

  • Ribs cut into 2" strips (ideal for BBQ or sweet & sour)

  • ~10–15 lbs ground pork

  • Organ meats (liver, kidney, heart) ground into patties

  • Soup bones (5 lb bags)

  • Kidney and back fat (5 lb bags for rendering)


Deposit & Final Cost

  • Deposit: $250 (applied to final total)

  • Estimated Final Cost: ~100 lbs @ $12/lb (~$1,200, minus deposit)


Pickup Details

  • Pork will be ready late October to January

  • Exact pickup date emailed two weeks prior

  • Pickup at your choice of: Coen Farm • MEC Edmonton South • Pro Bass Shops (Calgary)

  • Remaining balance calculated at pickup based on final hanging weight.
